We proudly ship to select international locations. Delivery times vary based on the destination country and selected shipping method. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations and for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred during shipping.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information is typically activated within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
NYCT is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. Any additional charges incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the customer (e.g., tariffs, taxes, or other fees).
Damages and Lost Packages
We take great care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, NYCT is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Ensure you retain all packaging materials and the damaged items when filing the claim.
